Scared To Death?
John Wayne has a word for you...

Giphy
You can’t be brave.
Well, more specifically: you can’t be brave unless you’re scared first.
Synonyms of Bravery include valor, courage, and heroism.
This word might spark images of soldiers charging the hill or first responders running straight into a tragedy, but you and I have opportunities to be brave every day.
My favorite quote on the topic is from John Wayne: “Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway.”
I often remind my children that you don’t have the opportunity for Bravery unless you’re scared first.
Bravery is not “bravado” – bravery is informed, while bravado is clueless. Bravery is educated, bravado is ignorant. You know what the risk is, and you’re taking it anyway.
Difficult journeys require Bravery.
Being scared is normal.
And fear = opportunity.
Onward and upward,

Your ads ran overnight. Nobody was watching. Except Viktor.
One brand built 30+ landing pages through Viktor without a single developer.
Each page mapped to a specific ad group. All deployed within hours. Viktor wrote the code and shipped every one from a Slack message.
That same team has Viktor monitoring ad accounts across the portfolio and posting performance briefs before the day starts. One colleague. Always on. Across every account.
